General

The SmartMFDealers App is a comprehensive tool designed to streamline dealership operations, including product management, purchasing, payment processing, training resources, and marketing support.
Account and Setup

Download the SmartMFDealers App from the App Store or Google Play. Open the app, click on "Sign Up," and fill in your organization details, such as name, phone number, address, and email address.

Go to the side menu, select "User Profile," and then update your details. Save the changes before exiting.
Products and Purchasing

You can browse products by navigating to the product catalog. Use the filter options to search by company, brand, series, or tags for more specific results.

Click on the product you wish to purchase, and then click the "Add to Bag" button, select item and click “Continue” button, you will be able to select payment mode, add more products, use voucher, confirm shipping and billing addresses and “Create Order”, the app will pop up notification ‘the new order is drafted’. You will find the drafted order at the bottom of the navigation bar named “Orders”. Click in the “view progress” for the details, and proceed to “Submit Order”.

Go to your Order, review the items, and proceed to “Submit Order”. Follow the steps and complete the payment using our secure payment gateway.
Orders and Delivery

You can track your order status in the app. The status will be updated to "Preparing," "Shipped Out," and "Delivered" as your order progresses.

Batch processing allows you to separate deliveries into manageable groups, each with a unique tracking number. This helps in organizing and tracking multiple orders efficiently.

The logistics department will manually update the delivery status. You can view these updates in real-time within the app.
Training and Resources

Access training videos, publications, e-books, and brochures from the "Video" section in the app. These resources are designed to enhance your product knowledge and sales skills, it come along with the “Brochure” , “Publication” and “e-book” for purchase.
Points, Vouchers, and Marketing

Points are earned with each purchase. You can redeem these points for rewards and vouchers within the app. Check the "Rewards" section for available offers.

Marketing banners on the homepage will keep you informed about the latest campaigns, promotions, and new product launches.
Technical Support

If you experience any technical issues, please contact our support team via the "Support" section in the app or email us at support@smartmfdealers.com.

To delete your account, please go to "Settings" > "Account" > "Delete Account." Follow the prompts and confirm your decision. Note that this action is irreversible, and all your data will be permanently removed.
